Well, it turned out to be a great day for racing here in Joliet! No rain at all after we got started this morning.
Keith passed teardown with flying colors and has the car all put back together and running again, so I guess the '10 Challengers are now out of B/SA as of Tuesday. Yea!! I told Keith I was cheering for him when I saw he went 1.201 under (at 115 mph). We had a great steak dinner tonight compliments of Mike and Janice Fuller. Thanks, you're a great cook, Mike! That last clean-up run, the air on our guages was 2300'. Well, I guess that is all for tonight. We start at 8 in the morning--out 2nd behind Super Street. Good night!! |

What trans is that in Westcott's car? Doesn't look like a Jerico or Liberty. Ed

I thought it was just the backrest for the seat!
Well, it rained again last night, so they are sucking and sweeping the track this morning. We are already running behind since Super Street was supposed to begin at 8 and they haven't been called yet. High today is 64 with a chance of thunderstorms. More later today. |
