"Live" from NHRA Hot Rod Reunion!

Sorry, Rock, but nobody had their cars out this morning in the rain. It started raining about 7 and at 9:30 we decided to pack up and head home. Our granddaughter has a 4th birthday party this afternoon, so we are going home to be there for it. It was looking like rain for the rest of the day at Beech Bend. Lots of people were heading out, but just as many heading in as we left. They said the racers were down to 250 from 400 last year and show cars 750 as opposed to 1000 last year. As far as spectators, there were more there than I have ever seen for all the races we have ever been to there. It was a fun, different type race. Everything really laid back.

Hey Charley, down south we use the southern spelling of Drive Bayou!
