If you buy it around 25K and put another 65K into it, you will be ahead of the game.
However, I have a lot more than that in Drag Pak #24. Some of it was wasted, but most of it went into making it strong enough to be VERY competetive.. But if I had it to do over again, at this point, I would buy the Viper motor drag pak at around $90K and just go raicing instead of investing/wasting six months to year in getting that car to the track. If you just want to make a few dollars and plan to sell it immediately and make a few dollars, if you can get it right, their may be a chance to make a few bucks on it.
