No Problem Raceway, followed by Beech Bend. Third would go to Gainesville ( mostly because i grew up going to the gators there and its kinda like hallowed ground to me)

Beech Bend ! It was the best time I had racing my SS Camaro back in 1978. I also raced there in 1968-69 while I was still in the Army. Love the shaded spectator stands. Makes for a better time watching during the hot summer days. All tracks should do this. Racing was less complicated then to.

Always liked something about Conn. Dragway.Always enjoyed running there while it was open. Enjoyed running Island Dragway and miss Dover in Wingdale,NY. Don't know what ya got til its gone. Was only 20 min. from the house. Since moving to N.C. in '99, I like running Fayetteville. Ray , the announcer does a great job promoting the stock/SS cars on the PA system. Since moving south ,also have come to love IHRA and how well they treat sportsman racers.

Well I'll go with Numidia as my #1, great food, great people, great track and Bob and his family are some of the nicest you will meet. The man has put ALOT of work into the track and is only making it better! Only wish we could get a D-1 Divisional / Open up there again.
#2 - Atco - It's my home track and Joe has also put a lot of love into the track over the years. #3 - MIR - Great Facility and Royce is one of the nicest guys around. Least Favorites - Atlanta Dragway (If the track doesn't kill you then the piles of fire ants that are all over the ground will) Cecil County - Track just needs someone to give it an "Extreme Makeover" soon! |

The track that you grew up at!
(in my case, Island Dragway!)
