Have fun!
i currently am running a 8 inch rim with a hoosier drag radial 30x9x15 ive already folded in the outer lip and everything clears ok but everyone i talk to says for stock i should run a 10 inch rim car is just gonna be a small block car

Listen to both James's they have had Nova's in stock for a long time. Also not sure what SB combo you are running but you really don't need a 10 inch tire if your suspension and weights are right.

I've heard a stock racer say that you don't really need a 10 inch wheel with a stocker tire, they say it doesn't matter much between 8" 9" or 10" - just their experience and opinion.

I went from a 10" to 8" wheels on my car no trouble? I run Hoosier 9x30 lightweight C06 94" roll out. (I'm thinking 8" rim will be fine)

I use a 8" rim on my Nova. Ideal would be 5" of back spacing. I had 4 1/2 " BS wheels and they put the tire against the lip (I've only partially trimmed my lip). I then tried 5 1/2" BS wheels and was into the inner fender. I now run the 5 1/2" BS wheels with a 1/2" spacer.

Good luck finding a 8" wheel with 5" BS. I couldn't. At least not in the Jegs or Summit catalouges.
