I didn't think you could cool the cars down in the staging lanes anymore? Am I wrong? Jim

Jim
What you CAN'T do is... dump your water in the lanes. That is a NO-NO. However, you can cool your car in the lanes by other means. (ex... ice on your intake, portable cooling machines with hoses attached to the radiator, etc.). There is nothing wrong with these methods.

OK! Thanks for the clarification sir! I was told at the last SportsNats I went to that you could not bring anything into the lanes that contained water. I.E. spray can, ice, nor could you use any spray chemical cooling devices. I.E. freon, CO2 etc. No? Jim

Yes, Jim you can cool the car down right up until they tell you to go and race. Its funny to watch, neither driver wants to unhook the water lines first. Its like a chess match..... But thats what class racing is all about.... LOL
