Speaking of cool, can you provide more detail on these cooling machines?
Are they common and how do they work?

Cooling machines and golf carts in the lanes! I really think NHRA should not allow this stuff in the lanes. Drive the car to the lanes ready to race!

Chiller or cool down rigs have been used in circle track racing for years - a common sight on practice days at NASCAR races

They have been used around the strip for a few years as well. I know Bill Glidden has used one on his 10.5 car for a while now.......except I think his is home built.
