CLERMONT, Ind. -- Darin Bay's jet dragster lost control and went over the guard rail on the top end of the race track during an exhibition run to conclude the day's action from the Mac Tools U.S. Nationals presented by Lucas Oil. Bay, from Vancouver, WA., was alert and conscious after being extracted from the vehicle and was transported to Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital in downtown Indianapolis for further observation.
