"O" rings will be enough to seal the housing at both ends.Put a little grease or oil on them so you don't cut the seals as the axles are installed.

make sure the ID of the housing is nice and clean. bearing going in and out have a tendency to gaul up a bit. a small dia. flap wheel on an air grinder will polish up the bore. when nice and clean, the axle will slide out with a good hard pull by hand. use white lube or anti-seeze in the bore.
