When I had mine done, I used the polyurathane (spelling?) material from Energy Suspension for the strut rods and Moog rubber in the control arms. I was told that the poly control arm bushing tend to bind/be tighter than regular rubber. Can't afford the needle bearing stuff.

Just replaced the upper control arm bushings in our 69 Cuda. We used the Moog offset bushings to we could finally get a little caster.
