99 times out of 100 they dont even answer letters, ask Pat about that, even he did not get an answer from a letter he wrote to them.

Just follow the Post Office business model. "We're losing our butts, so if we just raise our rates and cut back on our service...we'll recover!" Not the way anyone would ever try to recover their own retail business. But NHRA apparently likes the USPS business plan.
