what is bs about it? we too are on a budget and will be toast if we have a heads up with the newer cars. The point Danny and Chip make is the fun factor and being around people that are like minded and enjoying the comraderie. I also enjoy the family atmosphere. You dont have to be fast to win if you are not in a heads up situation.I can back that statement up . when the fun disappears so do we.

Superstock 1....lost
Stock Eliminator 2....Won 1 and it landed me in the final to win the race. The other was at a National event and I lost in the 3rd round.

I was refering to the fact that someone was essentially "hunting" Danny Jr at the races to get him first round. What kind of competition is that? That is what I referred to as the BS.

Around 25 in 10 years outside of class 15-10, it does seem like when you are the slower
guy you are hunted, then when you pick your stuff up you become the hunter.

0-1 was an allstar event in G/SA against Pires who had me covered by a .5 or so...which was educational....

Since then I have run like the wind to the safety of obscure classes and also into the warm embrace of a stick......where the the fun is.....without spending a metric ton....unless you feel like it.
