Two seperate incidents at the Bracket Finals at Maple Grove a few years ago involving golf cart crashes are probably to blame , since there were serious injuries that required Medivac response.
I'm tired of paying thru the butt for everything as much as the next guy, but I agree with the insurance requirement cause in years past ,accidents involving pit vehicles and race cars or other property usually ended up with the party not at fault getting screwed!

Tom, I'm just guessing, but I'd say the accidents your talking about were in some way alcohol related..
What I don't understand is the $300,000. that's a lot of insurance for a golf cart. But this doesn't apply to div 3 yet, so my opinion is worthless.. |
