I run Dana 60 with 40 spline MW gun drilled axles. MW will not make a 35 spline axle that is rifle drilled if the axle exceeds a certain length.
Other manufacturers may have a different opinion but if you want the best, go with MW. Again, if you want the best, I also suggest a Sportsman Dual 7" clutch for your application.

The Mark Williams 40 spline superliight axles are lighter and stronger than the 35 spline rifle drilled. I ran them for years. Ditto on the clutch.
