I believe someone warned all the "new car" fans about opening Pandora's Box a couple of years ago. You opened it, you wanted it opened. Don't whine about what comes out of it now.

Oh, for the uninitiated, a few points.

1. None of the OEM companies build all of their own parts. It's called "tier I suppliers", look it up.

2. Some of the actual production Corvette engines have had titanium valves and other parts in them for years.

3. At least these cars are starting with factors that are remotely plausible.


The "factory race cars" belong in Super Stock, in their own classes, as it had been done for decades. No one would complain about them if they were where they belonged.

Welcome to the "new" Stock Eliminator. Hope you like what you're getting, you asked for it. There will be more just like them from all three OEM's next year.
