Yes I saw that, but to me, **1800.00 for two rear wheels and tires is a little much in my book. I'm kind of a tight a**.

Guess I got that wrong....Bogart is making the COPO Camaro wheels. I believe Bogart made the first couple of years for the CJ?

Greg

Thanks for your support buddy, hope all is well in the bayou city. Emmitt had a Memorial Day Race Car sale and sold off about a 1/2 dozen race cars, so he only has about 12 or 13 left to liquidate, he figured it would only cost him around **8 or **9 thousand to put new tires, batteries and update his belts and chassis certifications.

thanks for all the info from everyone

Ed

Emmitt is by far from OK!! Anytime!! Just kiddin...

He's been concentrating on his business and selling off a few (10 to 20) race cars he's accumulated over the past several years. Believe he went to one race last year, none so far this year, but he's starting (poor guy) to get the itch to hit the fall circuit.

emmitt never really changes, he's a great guy and a ton of fun and I have a hard time keeping up with him in whatever he's doing.

I'll be sure and tell him people were wondering about him.

Hey....did backing halfing your car car really pick it up that much??

Glade he is OK. Always enjoy visiting with him. I told him he was surely going to win. Always heard "He who dies with the most toys wins." LOL

The engine is nearly the same. Same heads, intake, etc. Only 50mm cam, 2 deg more intake lobe & the 4-7 firing order swap, 4lb lighter crank & Alan Patterson's new piston & ring deal. Nothing big there. Same Trans & converter, etc. First time I let go of the button I knew it was much better. Should have gone to Vic & Dewayne long ago.
