Was worth a couple hundredths on my old 250 HP 327" '65 Chevelle convert.

2013 rule book, section 11A, page 2

Air-cleaner base may be cut or trimmed, but welding, bolting, riveting, epoxying, or any other form of fabrication prohibited.
