Great day here at Gainesville! Typical November weather for this part of Florida, cool in the evening, but warming up rather quickly as the Sun comes out, although some clouds rolled in later in the day.
A few records broken yesterday, Wednesday - Cap't Jack McCarthy is the new Record Holder in U/SA with his classic 1960 Chevy wagon. I believe there were a few others at the teardown trailer, but I'm sorry .I didn't get much information. We all got three time runs today, and were finished before 1600. Track opens tomorrow at 0700, and we're right into the Combo at approximately 0900. Should be a good day as there are a number of quick cars here!  More tomorrow! Lew
