I know what you are saying, Daryl... ;-)
That's why I quit trying to build my car into a S/SS back in the mid '70's... I would buy the latest and greatest "go fast" part, and it would be "obsolete" before I could install it.... The rule changes, moved too fast for me.... and my wallet. :0
