Brian: Advance Plating in Nashville Tennessee is perhaps the best in the nation - ultimate show quality and they can plate just about anything. Not cheap but the best!

I can also enthusiastically recommend Advanced Plating. They did the rear bumper for my car and several observers have described it as looking like jewelry. They are not cheap but I feel the charges were not out of line for the result. They will quote a non-firm price over the phone however, once you decide to send it they will thoroughly evaluate and give you a written, to-the-penny, quote that you must authorize before they start work. My job took approximately five weeks, including shipping.

Brian,

Call Hanlon Plating in Richmond, 1-804-233-2021. I have been told they do excellent work and have been in business since 1975.

One of my "over the winter projects" is to get the bumpers on the 'wagon re-done, so I'm going to try Hanlon's.

Lew

Thanks guys, almost got Pops 66 SS car back together. We gotta wrap it up so we can get a sintered iron clutch in his Vette Super Stocker. The plan is for dad to run the CCRA races. I cant wait for spring !
