Thanks guys.
I'm not getting the part about the probe and hose . Are you supposed to just zip it to the hose? Seems to me, you could just slip it in the fins on the inlet side. With that much range, it's all relative between the setting and ON point, I would think,..as long as it's consistent.

Theres two styles probes...one goes into the fins of the rad and one actually snakes into the rad itself and the hose goes over that and you tighten it up....say a prayer and shut the hood. Thats why temp switch that threads into the intake that switches to ground at a certain temp is the best deal.
