Sad news , The passing of Ken Montgomery

I remember one year at the national event in Virginia when we had a transmission teardown looking for clutchless units. Ken was one of the racers who got invited to the "party". It was the first time I had been around Ken other than a short time spent teching his car. Ken was very polite and spent time with us techmen explaining what he had done to modify his transmission in order to make it work better. His modifications were well within the rules and he passed with no problem.

I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He was a real gentleman to us techmen and will be missed. He was a true legend in the S/S racing world.
