Some 50's and even 60's trucks and farm equipment had "Micro locks" on them......not sure if that's what you're looking for.

mico brakes, i remember the old ups trucks i drove in the early 70s all had them, VERY unreliable, ask me how i know

haha thanks.. micro brakes is probably what they were called but I need the marketing name and the hint says it is two words, same first letter in both words which is why Hill Holder makes sense.
