Well Brent, nobody is "diminishing" Drew's effort but the problem is with the NMRA not SuperFan1. Someone needs to be correcting them not someone who just takes the information they found on the internet and posting it here.
Maybe Ford Racing should have someone posting the information instead of a sanctioning body that doesn't appear to be able to get the facts straight...

Also, if things are like they were at Milan and Indy last year at least one of the fast cars is running a DOT radial, not slicks.

Bret, my name is at the bottom of all of my posts, and I wasn't trying to diminish Drew's, or anyone else's, efforts and accomplishments. I am a diehard Ford fan, and I love what the CJs have accomplished. I was simply posting what I thought was accurate information from legitimate sources.

I've always had another weird problem with this board. When I'm not logged in, I see the posts in chronological order. When I'm logged in, each thread begins with the most recent reply. Is that normal?

Brett and anyone else:

If you go to User CP on the tool bar at the top and click on it, you can then go to Settings & Options. Under that heading choose Edit Ooptions and click on it.

Now go to Thread Display Options, Visible Post Elements and put a check mark in Show Signature, as well as anthing else you choose.

When your done scroll to the bottome and click on Save Changes.

Man those guys are flying on 9in tires, is there a point on drag tires with speed and weight where you cross the line on safety. I am sure when they first came out with the 9in radial tire they thought low 9s was as fast as they would go. Tom
