Hey Troy

Welcome here. You have done an outstanding over the top recreation of an LO car, Wow it looks good. Me's thinkin' driving that thing around with those rear tires would be the equivalent to us Canadians going for a Sunday drive on sheet ice ----eh!!!

We have waited far too long.
This is said to be in good hands in Kansas.
That's all well and good.
If they sell cameras in Kansas will the current owner (or any brave spy) please post a picture of how it looks today.

Sorry. It's an obsession.

I saw the car recently and have to go back there soon, I can't recall if I took a pic or not, I will see when I get back from vacation.

Liteweight.....your not selling your car!!! are you???

Yes...driving it on the street with those tires can be interesting at best. Here is a Youtube video showing just that. I did not even try to spin the tire at all.. Pro Trans did the trans and every time you shift it she barks the tires!!

Here is a few more pictures just for the fun of it.

Thanks again, Troy

Found this on youtube this morning. Never saw it before.

1993 SS Hemi Reunion in Carisle. Very cool!! Turn up the sound!!!!!. Made the hair on the back of my neck stand up first thing this AM. I think my car was the only one there plated, with mufflers on. Hmmm,----- not much has changed over the years -----still plated, still has mufflers. Altho, 20 years later, the exhaust is now 4" to the rear bumper & it will have WAY MUCHOS MORE available ponies than it did in 93. (I'm screwing the new motor together now for it )

ps Troy, I won't say no. But not actively, ifn' you know what I mean

Hey Liteweight,

Thanks for sharing that video of the '68 Super Stocks driving out of the barn one by one. Does anybody know the current condition of John Friel's ex-record holding Dart? That car turned my world upside down back in the 90s.
