First, if you have shoe polish on your window it's bracket racing, if you "dial your own" you're bracket racing whether doing so on a Sat. night at the track or within the confines of Stock or SS racing.
Second, NSS is not bracket racing, it is Index racing. Indexes are set and you tune your car to the index you want to run.
