Its been a long day, I have lots of photos and 3 very cool videos. I'm editing now and will have them on in a few hours. Please check back later, the internet is a little slow, it takes longer than normal to upload the videos.

Jeff Lawrence set the GT/AA record at 8.87 at 149. Gary Richard set the C/SA at 10.09 at 129. I'm not sure of the rest, but I am sure Jack will have the numbers later.

It was very quick today, with a bar over 30.30. We did not set any records in SS/BA or G/SA. We were hoping for Anthony to set the SS/BA in the 8.50's but a few gremlins decided it was not to be.

The American Muscle shoot out has David Barton and Bo Kenney in the finals with both cars running 1.20 plus under, it should be a good race.

Here is the first batch of photos from today. I'm still trying to get the numbers for all the records.

The weather this weekend has been outstanding, I can not recall having such great weather conditions for a long time. We had temps in the high 60's, lots of sun with little wind. Tomorrow is supposed to be the same. I am told they will run everything tomorrow.

My next post will be Jack Matyas with the in car cam. I also have a nice pit cam of Jacks car.

As you will see, as Jack's car goes into the wheelstand he unloads the tires. He still manages to go 9.60 at 138. I think his best run was 9.57 today.

This video is Joe Garbarine in his 05 Cavalier. Joe was running GT/IA, and set the record I think, at 9.82, I do know it was in the 80's.

Glad to see some guys are letting it go all the way.
At the opens, with no BS ahfs, sounds like real racing.

Lots of happy faces at teardown - most were not done and I promise to get names and ET's tomorrow morning .And how about Gary Richards' C/SA ?His 10.09 is one thing but at 130 mph - WOW ! ! And he's on the pole - come to think about it - twice ? Stock and S/S - has that ever been done ? Everyone will have one last shot at knocking him off tomorrow morning .
