Because Chevrolet and Pontiac sent in info. to NHRA for the class guides,
but, G.M. of Canada, which is it's own division, and is responsible for the Chevrolet cross-overed vehicles, that were re-grilled, re-tailighted, and re- badged as Pontiacs, did not submit info. for the class guides. J.R. |

Wasn`t Ernie Penner`s old ride one of these? I remember seeing the red Pontiac arrowhead on the grill.

When Pontiac was posting monies for class his efforts was to get some from them. The pontiac emblems where on the hood, the grill and tail lites where all chevy II. BTW I think he still has the car. Tom
