This is how it works most times. You pay the track a test - tune, almost always $15 to $20, after 1st round of qualifying you pay an entry fee to the association, almost always $50. All of the $50 goes to the purse. In a 16 plus car feild, 40% goes to the winner,20% toR-U ,20% to semis ,5% to quarters. The more cars the bigger the purse. There is a points fund supplied by ***. sponsors, American Speed, Car Shop, J&J Camper Sales, Lunds 66 Station, Reynolds Ford, Stealy Performance, Winners Circle, Traction Dynamics Plus, And Pro Hearder Systems is giving certificates for labor of $2000. Last year 1st paid $1000 2th $575 3th $200, and that was without Pro Hearders. They run IHRA rules, two cars same class, heads up , cars are weight 10 LBS allowance for scales. Cars are quilified and laddered. You will not get rich running this series, lots of fun, great compitition. Hope this helps I dont have a full list of dates , I think Greg Anderson has it on the other site , come give it a try. Why isnt my car done, OH Yeah , no Money. Jimmy Hyink |
