Everyone here at National Trail Raceway would like to thank each and every racer for their participation at this year's JEGS Northern SPORTSnationals this past weekend. Mother Nature tried to put a damper on the racing on Saturday but couldn't stop such a fantastic event.

Congrats to all of the race winners this season, a great group of champions that earned each and every win in such tough fields. We hope to see you all back at the track soon. Reminder we have the final Buckeye Stock / Super Stock event for 2013 here on Saturday, October 5th and we are counting down the days to the Auto Meter Northern Class Nationals coming up in May.

Injector Experts wanted all 8 injectors, not just the #2 cylinder one that went bad -- and it's a good thing, as they found #6 was starting to go as well. They've been rebuilt, tested, and on their way back! Big thanks to Keith Brewer for the great service. From now on, I think injectors need to go on the yearly maintenance list. Missing two days of the Sportsnationals cost infinitely more than being proactive... Still an EFI newbie. I keep learning, a little at a time!


I did get to make two hits on Friday at least, and as everyone else noted, the track was in impeccable shape. For the Auto Meter Northern Class Nationals, we will have Redman and Bradley on the starting line, as well as Steve from National Trail. Redman's in charge! He's hand-picked his starting line staff and will give you another great surface. Props to Mike, Chris, and the rest of the NTR staff for consistently giving us the "new" Columbus the last two years. The track's been great, and Loose Rocker Promotions is proud to partner with you.
