Same here.I think it is called a Dynabatt. It doesn't need a special charger.

This is what I used to use;

It worked OK when running class but was borderline during regular racing constantly starting and stopping in the staging lanes. Does not have much reserve capacity.

Need something with 600 or more cca and some reserve. When you get into the later rounds things start getting hairy. The expensive battery specs seems to have some staying power but really would like to get some input from someone that is using one.
