I know I saw a 70s camaro with slapper bars at Norwalk a few years ago so I would assume you can use them for Leaf springs. Thanks Aaron
russell,

If this is a IHRA Pure Stocker. I know Joe Marcinowski out of Cleveland, Ohio ran "bolt in" frame connectors on his late 70's Camaro when he ran P/S. Pretty sure he had slapper bars as well. As far as removing the torque arm on a later Camaro, may have to question someone with IHRA tech info. Contact Mike Baker or the Division Director, they could give you an answer.
