Man you are thinking I couldnt of said it better myself.......... Hmmmm....
What a way to build the all stars up more than they are..
Also it would add alot to east coast racing
As far as woking it in it could be done at the opens and the division races
You wouldnt have to have many rounds at each to make it happen
You could start with the best 6 from each to start and make it work from there
It could even be done at several races


If you build it they will come............
