Gary's car soon will only go 10.90 @ 134 with all the weight of the glass in the nose. Guess he wont have to worry about the front end snapping up out of the beams.

P.S. Gary if this happens again we will have to drag you behind the car by your TE***CLES! You better win the Division the Nose is gonna cost a FORTUNE to fix now! LOL

Ya know...he did say something to me about taking the stripe with the nose of the car...didnt realize that he meant he was gonna practice in the trailer...

Good thing you're outta races Gary....the car might not survive another trip to the track !!!!

Gary,

must be a "Hopewell Junction" thing... I don't even know what happened to your car (I can kinda guess from the message thread) -- but don't feel too bad... I was almost at the rest area on I-287 north after Englishtown before I realized that I forgot to put the donut under the dragster chassis -- and then it occurred to me that I hadn't bothered to tie down the dragster at all! Got (very) lucky -- everything was still in one piece...

Congrats Gary, way to go on the gold card & the gold men. Now if you can keep the thing tied down, you will be in good shape!

At Atco the first question I had for Gary, after the "incident, part 2" was,"Didn't you have the car in park?"....well, needless to say I will be offering up a 4' metal rod, so that he can properly place the car in the "no roll" gear!

Seriously though, you should bolt chocks to the floor, that way the car is winched in to a certain spot and won't be able to move forward....then you can use the bungee cords on the rear....just remember to double them up...GN's weigh a little more than the stock rating on the cords....

....ok, I'm done~!
