Really wish this would quit before the moderator locks this otherwise great thread.

There are probably more stories about these cars than there are cars themselves.




From this to the Funny car team of today, TASCA Ford has been around for a long time in the sport.

Right on it's about the cars not the personalities or lack there of.
My favorite AFX car ever and was just about unbeatable on gas. Phil Bonner has told me this car was crushed when he turned it in for his longnose Mustang. Ford didn't want the liability of anyone else possibly getting hurt in it.

That isn't a scoop, more of a lump. This photo doesn't show it very clearly. That's Bob Tasca II in the passenger seat by the way. I showed him the photo and he remembered being in the car as a child.
