Just saw a major schedual change: Eliminations start tomorrow at 9:00 am. Doesn't suprise me, the way Sunday weather looks. Probably the only way they can get them in.
Haven't seen first round of SS yet on DRC, just Stock and bikes. I heard the starting line wasn't like it usually is. Anybody know how cold the track was? He said it was not as tacky as usual.

They are teching them in the lanes in order to stay off the grassy areas. Add in lots of car and class changes and it's taking longer than usual to get the sheets out.
Super Stock wasn't ready when called, so they ran out all the Super Gas cars that were already lined up, then Super Stock, then the rest of Super Gas. Today's qualifying won't be "final" until morning. Late arrivals will have a shot at a cleanup round today or will be added to the bottom of the field if they get here before we start tomorrow. |
