get ahold of aubrey, those things you need special machining tools they have the combustion chamber in the block...

he also has TONS of 409-348 parts available

Like Jack said, not everyone knows about the W engines. It's not your regular Chevy big block engine. Aubrey or Lamar would be the guys to talk to.
