Our stuff got cables. We have broke several cables (as probably most of us have), and according to my shop folks, we seldom replace a DBW module. NHRA has allowed all the new cars to replace throttle bodies that are DBW only with a same size cable operated TB. My 74000 lb, 1650 Torque, large bore motor home has DBW, Traction Control, & all the other goodies. Go Figure.

It is the swaged end coming off the cable or is it on the equipment end? Have pulled thru a few plastic attaching parts. (Do you slam the pedal to the metal often on the motor home?:-) |
