The Golf Cart Problem Is A Manufacturer Defect Which Is Ez-go Textron.they Have Had A Problem In Isolatd Situations Wher The Ignition Module Shorts Out Which Is Mounted By The Gas Tank. Pit-pro Does Not Modify The Factory Drivetrain Or Components On The Engine During The Building Process Of Their Carts,so This Is Not A Pit-pro Problem And These Are The Only 2 We Have Heard.pit-pro Has Been In Business Since 1999 And Has Sold Several Thousand Carts To Racers And These Are 2 Isolated Instances. Our Reputation Speaks For Itself. So,mr Shane Carr, iwould Do A Bit More Research To Gain The Correct Knowledge You Need Before You Make A Statement Towards The Product Of Our Company. I don't believe Shane said anything bad about Pit Pro. He mentions these carts were EZ-GO.
Chill out brother. |

I dont read anything that states these carts were from Pit Pro. But I belive this is great info and a good heads up to all cart owners I dont care if its a EZ-go or not we own two Yamahas and do to this post I will be installing a Battery shut off switch in both no reason other than Its possible to have a electrical fire in your cart thats in your trailer going down the road. I also have several friends that own EZ-go carts and if this is a manufacture defect Why is there no Recall or Saftey Bulletin that I do belive is the Dealers responsabillity to contact all there customers of this problem if its a factory defect. Or they taking the Firestone Tire approach. Thank You Mr Carr Last edited by A M Motorsports; 10-16-2007 at 01:24 AM. |

iF I May interject, I firmly believe Shane was Simply making the point That both Carts were From Pit pro...I Didn't Read Where the Forum was warned About A Substandard Product from A Substandard Company. Everyone knows that Pit Pro is the Benchmark for Pit vehicles today. I am Gonna check my Ignition Module for signs of proBlems. Thanks
