Interesting that NHRA has combined the sticks and autos in the new classes. Or at least there is no designation for autos in this release.

Interesting they dropped the 2009 or newer to 2005 and newer for pro stock entries. I guess they are trying to make sure they get full fields.

I don't think that will make much difference. None of the teams are going to go back to 10 year old cars. nor would they be competitive. Most have become top sportsman cars.

Great the new cars are in there own class but they are still in stock & super stock, how is this going to help the old iron for qualifying at Indy?
