Bill,
Those are showing up all the time on E-bay. If not there, there's Perogi or other Mustang/Cougar resto sites. But yes, they're spendy.

Bill
See if you can get them to approve the ford Motorsport m-6049-A3 cylinder head, seeing how ford built it as the replacement head for the Boss 351 per the 1984 ford Motorsport catalog.

Well...............so much for that plan. Next?
Bill, After reviewing your request, there is a significant difference between the Ford and Blue Thunder plenum divider. With that said your request to allow the use of the Blue Thunder intake is denied. Pat Cvengros |

Bill,
What part # heads do you use? I think I have a set of 351 4bbl or 302 boss heads stuck back in my core building. I've had these for ever. I think they are pretty much virgin. Is the water passage in the deck the only difference? I've got old timers and can't remember. Adger

Mostly yes on the diff, Adger. There were some Boss 302's with 2.25 intakes. One year I think.
Heads, probably either the D0AE-N or the D1AE-GA if claiming as a 71. (there's 3 #'s for a 72 275 horse engine which are neither of these) Which I would be looking for myself if I could afford to run my car in "G". But alas, I cannot. ![]()

Just looked at the Guide and it shows head casting #'s for '72 and if I read it right they are: M=D2ZX-AA,D3ZE-AA,D1ZE-AA
I'm headed over to the shop in a little while and I'll see if I can dig them out. I haven't a clue what the #'s are. I might have to wait till day light because the lighting in that building is poor. I'll post what they are. If we are lucky we can give you some class options!! Adg
