Pick the "Legal Radiator" ... or can we run either ? The one on the left "LOOKS" stock, the one on the right has a Fabricated Square Tanks ....Both are the same size and mounting.

According to Bruce Bachelder, it does not have to be an exact replacement. A cross flow can even replace a top tank or it can be the other way around.

This new rule is about NHRA allowing Stock racers to use an aluminum radiator to replace the hard or impossible to find OEM one. It is not about who can push the rule by installing the smallest aluminum radiator that can be found. That would just raise a red flag for us to take a harder look at the entire car.

I wonder if any bracket fabbing is allowed?
