Yeah, but now instead you get the oh so informative glossy "Fan Guide".
You would think that NHRA would realize that members with Competition Numbers or Licenses are RACERS, and would rather have a paper rule book than a "Fan Guide" that is titled for fans, not racers. You would think that with NHRAs member data base, they could tell which member was a racer,and who was just a fan, and sent a rule book to a racer, and a fan guide to a non racer, or at least give you the choice on which book you prefered.
