Hey Vic. Have you checked their website? They have a lot of info online. Look at the "Tuner Resources" and FAQ sections. They used to have their own user forum too, but it seems to no longer be linked on their site. Now there are links to a bunch of external user sites in the "Links" under tuner resources. There are a LOT of folks out there who use their stuff. What devices are you using?
