I run mine tubeless, no screws, no glue. Either mounted dry, or just wipe the wheel with a wet rag. I have marked them, and had them slip maybe a couple of inches first pass or two, then never move after that. My 60's are nornally 1.26 to 1.30, I often have to run them as low as 13 psi to get a green light.

Bobby , I have run radials with screws no problems .
