Not hardly as the same cars would have been on the top of the sheet -- just lifting early .Poor effort ??? - mine is based on fact and numbers - not agenda .Not one car would have moved up if the AHFS were in effect .

And BTW I do care about racers who didn't make the field -- much,much more than most ! !
