They will, provided the right person does the right work on them. You cannot take them just anywhere. You need 10.5:1 compression to make a good cam work well in that combination. I suggest setting the deck clearance to 0.00", using a 0.042" thick 4.200" bore head gasket and milling those heads around 0.020".
