Dont know why there is no MPH???
In mid February 2015 Gary Wolkwitz set the national record for SS/AH at Orlando Speed World Dragway at 8.22 seconds at 160.74 mph. On Friday April 24, 2015 at Virginia Motorsports Park Gary reset the national record for SS/AH again with a 8.210 second run at 159.91 mph. Because the mph posted on Gary's run in April was not as fast, the mph record for his run in February still stands. Also, you cannot set an NHRA national record for mph by itself. |

My intel (and I am in the business) is that car has been dispatched by the Barton's to Division 4 to take out the RMRE cuda after the Tim Hebert Chootout final. Welcome Doug, we need the cars before these low 8 second showroom stockers put us in pasture.
PS Just being flip. I am in awe of what the factory race cars are becoming today. |
