Put a schrader fitting on it and fill it with your compressor. I have been doing that for years

thanks lads !!! mike is my shop compressor got enough steam to achieve the required high pressure? I think its 900lbs?

Just take the regulator off and put 120 PSI in the bottle. That's how I run mine. Works great and never have to try to find a fill.
