I agree, ALL RUN. If they will take your $360. entry fee, then run everyone that enters. I want to support the Hemi Shootout, but also run the regular eliminator. When the fastest Hemi car last year was 81st, I have no chance.

I've heard rumors of an all run field from a few racers in the last couple of weeks. Has anybody else heard anything about this? It would be an interesting new twist.
How about all class winners get a first round bye. Maybe a little incentive to bring a fast car to the go with an all run field

While they're at it.....maybe a first round loser buyback! Another way to secure some more fundage!

I'd rather it stay the way it is myself. 128 q and let it rip, and put the FS cars in their own class

For me, the effort to qualify and the tension watching the field narrow is part of the fun

A 128 car qualified field is about the only part of a Performance Class that we have left. It's not T ball , everyone does not get a Participant Trophy. After all, the U S Nats is the Super Bowl of Stk/ Ss class racing. In the Stone Age, only Class Winners were allowed in the eliminator . M.J.
